Jassies' Pancakes

  • 300g self-raising flour
  • 500ml milk
  • 3 Scaman's Eggs
  1. Sift the flour into a large bowl to remove any clumps.
  2. Add the eggs and start to whisk. Gradually add the milk to make a smooth, lump-free batter.
  3. Place your frying pan over a medium heat. When it's nice and hot, add a thin layer of batter.
  4. Cook for around one minute until the bottom is golden, then flip!
  5. Serve with all your favourite toppings...
